I loved this short story. #sciencefiction involving a device which reads a people's thoughts. A guy buys one for the home he shares with his girlfriend. To improve their relationship!! Not really. There are also cochlear implants and holograms. The story is told from the woman in the relationship POV and it has a feminist touch oh and a nice twist near the end. Recommend. For free on Clarkesworld online magazine.
